TERMS & CONDITIONS
Article 1 — Purpose
These Terms & Conditions govern the contractual relationship between BLANKA STORE, a sole proprietorship registered under SIRET 91906951800018, with its registered office at 8 bis Rue Cantin, 92400 Courbevoie, France, and any buyer making a purchase on the blankastore.fr website.
Article 2 — Products
The products offered for sale are ready-to-wear items. Product photographs and descriptions are provided for guidance only. BLANKA STORE undertakes to present the products as accurately as possible.
Article 3 — Prices
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. BLANKA STORE reserves the right to change its prices at any time, with the price applicable to an order being the one in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
Article 4 — Orders
Confirming an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Any order implies full acceptance of these terms. An order confirmation is sent by email to the address provided at checkout.
Article 5 — Payment
Payment is made securely online via Stripe. Accepted payment methods are: credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay and Klarna. BLANKA STORE does not store any banking data.
Article 6 — Delivery
Orders are shipped to metropolitan France. Delivery times and rates are shown at checkout. BLANKA STORE cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
Article 7 — Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason. To exercise this right, the customer must notify their decision by email. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Article 8 — Refunds
In the event of withdrawal, BLANKA STORE will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned items, using the original payment method.
Article 9 — Intellectual property
All content on the site is the exclusive property of Mathis Jardy. Any reproduction is prohibited without prior written authorization.
Article 10 — Consumer mediation
In accordance with Articles L.616-1 and R.616-1 of the French Consumer Code, in the event of a dispute, the customer may use the free CM2C mediation service. Complaints can be filed at: www.cm2c.net or by post: CM2C, 14 rue Saint Jean, 75017 Paris.
Article 11 — Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
