REFUND POLICY

In accordance with French law (Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code), you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason.

To start a return, contact us by email at contact@blankastore.fr or via our contact form, with your order number and the item(s) concerned. We will send you return instructions.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with their tags attached. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Once the returned items have been received and inspected, we will process the refund within 14 days using the payment method used for the order. You will receive a confirmation by email.

Sale or personalized items cannot be returned, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
